Ingredients:
Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, honey, fine sea salt, fresh raspberries, white chocolate, demerara sugar.

Size:
8x8" square | Serves 3–5 comfortably as a side or snacking loaf.

Best paired with:
Coffee or tea, alongside fresh fruit or soft cheeses, a brunch spread, or warmed and finished with butter or a light drizzle of honey.

Reheating Instructions:
