Golden brown, crisp bread pieces made from our signature OG Herb sourdough focaccia. Cubed, gently warmed in garlic-infused olive oil, lightly salted, then dried again for a clean, crisp finish. Fragrant, savoury, and versatile, they add depth and texture to salads, soups, or enjoyed on their own.

Ingredients:
Sourdough focaccia (sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, fine sea salt, fresh rosemary, flaky sea salt), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt, dried oregano and dried chilli flakes.

Net Weight - 150 grams

Best for:
Adding crunch to salads and soups (or anything else, really) or snacking on their own.
