Ingredients:
Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, honey, fine sea salt, fresh blueberries, fresh lemon zest, butter streusel [butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon]

Size:
8x8" square | Serves 3–5 comfortably as a side or snacking loaf.

Best with:
Ricotta or mascarpone, coffee, tea, Brunch boards, toasted with ice cream or yogurt, a sweet snack on its own

Reheating Instructions:
Warm at 350°F for 5–7 minutes for best flavour and texture.
