Our ode to garlic bread, reimagined in focaccia form. Roasted garlic, sharp orange cheddar, butter, parsley, and chives are baked into a golden, pull-apart loaf that’s rich, aromatic, and irresistibly melty. Inspired by football season, it’s a flavour-packed centerpiece made for sharing — the kind of bread that belongs on a game-day spread as much as it does at a cozy fall table.

Ingredients:
Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, olive oil, fine sea salt, honey, unsalted butter, fresh garden parsley & chives, oven-roasted garlic, cubed aged orange cheddar.

Size:
8x8" square | Serves 3–5 comfortably as a side or snacking loaf
