Pesto Perfect 🌿🍅

Heavy on the pesto, exactly how it should be! Layered with homemade basil pesto and topped with roasted cherry tomatoes.

Herby, rich, and full of that basil-garlic-olive oil goodness, with just enough sweetness from the tomatoes to balance it out. Looks good, tastes even better. Perfect for spring tables.

Ingredients:
Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, honey, fine sea salt, homemade pesto (CONTAINS PINE NUTS), cherry tomatoes.

Size:
Approx. 2.5 x 4" | Available in ½ dozen or full dozen

Best for:
Burrata or fresh mozzarella, prosciutto or salami, a simple arugula or lemony green salad, grilled vegetables, a chicken cutlet sandwich, or a crisp white or rosé.

Reheating Instructions:
Warm at 350°F for 5–7 minutes for best flavour and texture.
