Inspired by the comfort of a cinnamon bun, Cin City is our take on a sweet, sourdough-based focaccia. Made with our signature sourdough base, this loaf is enriched with a butter and cream mixture for a lighter, softer crumb. It’s topped with a generous cinnamon-sugar blend and brushed with melted butter before baking, resulting in a golden, fluffy interior and a crisp, caramelized top.

All the best parts of a cinnamon bun—fluffy, buttery, sweet—with the added crunch only focaccia can deliver.

Ingredients:
Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, olive oil, fine sea salt, honey, unsalted butter, whipping cream, cinnamon sugar.

Size:
8x8" square | Serves 3–5 comfortably as a side or snacking loaf

Best for:
Brunch spreads, toasted with butter, topped with Nutella, or even used as a French toast base.

Reheating Instructions:
Reheat uncovered at 350°F for 5–7 minutes for best flavour and texture.
