Ingredients:
Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, honey, fine sea salt, fresh rosemary, flaky sea salt.

Size:
8x8" square | Serves 3–5 comfortably as a side or snacking loaf.

Best for:
Just about anything—serve it warm with meals, use it as a base for toast, or set it out for grazing.

Reheating Instructions:
Warm at 350°F for 5–7 minutes for best flavour and texture.
