Tomat-oh Yeah is topped with whole peeled plum tomatoes, hand-crushed and layered generously over our sourdough base with fresh basil and a clove of garlic for a subtle bite. As it bakes, the tomatoes burst and caramelize, creating a pizza-like focaccia with a soft, fluffy interior and golden, crisp edges.
Sweet, savoury, and brighter than your typical tomato sauce—making it a standout loaf that’s simple, satisfying, and anything but basic.
Ingredients:
Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, olive oil, fine sea salt, honey, peeled whole plum tomatoes (hand crushed), basil.
Size:
8x8" square | Serves 3–5 comfortably as a side or snacking loaf
