Our signature base is blended with molasses and a wintery spice mix of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and clove, giving each bite that warm, festive gingerbread flavour without being overly sweet.

Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, extra-virgin olive oil, molasses, brown sugar, fine sea salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice.
