Our first sheet-pan focaccia pizza! Baked in a traditional blue-steel pan and dusted with semolina for a perfectly crisp, golden base.
Layered with thinly sliced, herb-infused potatoes, mozzarella, and aged Parmesan, then finished with extra-virgin olive oil, fresh garden herbs, and cracked black pepper.
Rustic, warm, and undeniably cozy. This one was made for crisp evenings, hearty meals, and winter tables.
Ingredients:
Sourdough starter, 00 flour, water, olive oil, fine sea salt, honey, Yukon Gold potatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, dried oregano, black pepper, fine semolina flour.
Size:
11.8" × 9" sheet-pan | Serves 2–3 as a main or 4–6 as a side.
Best for:
Sharing around the table, pairing with soups or roasted vegetables, or enjoying as a rustic main with fresh cold cuts for cozy nights in.
Reheating Instructions:
Reheat uncovered at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to bring back that crisp.
